Dream chasing is the process of following your dreams in the present moment. You can do this by first finding something in your current reality that has already manifested; something you can sense with your physical senses that makes you feel as if you already have what you want. Then, give your attention to it.
As you give your attention to this manifestation that is harmonized with your desires, you will feel as if you already have what you want and you will also attract additional manifestations to give your attention that make you feel as if you already have what you want. The manifestation in your present reality you choose to give your attention can be anything too. For instance, if a picture, a person, a scene, a setting, etc. makes you feel as if you already have that which you want, you can give your attention to it and chase it to manifest your desires.
