Every relationship in your life is a reflection of who you personally are. Everything is energy vibrating at specific frequencies, including you. When you give your attention to someone else, you are activating a vibration within yourself, and you can see this by observing the way you feel. So, if you have a relationship that is really good, or you have a relationship that is not so good, you are really creating the relationship you are having by activating certain vibrations within yourself.
You activate vibrations within yourself by directing your attention. If you give your attention to the good qualities of the people you interact with, you activate good feeling vibrations within yourself. Since your personal point of attraction is the way you feel, you attract more people who have those same qualities, or vibrations, within them too.
This is important, because once you realize that all of your relationships are only the result of the way you focus on them, you can change any relationship you have into a relationship that you always find to be enjoyable. You will also understand why your relationships take their various turns as well, because you will always be able to see the thoughts you are having, the correlating feelings you are having, and the experiences you are having that match those thoughts and feelings.
If you are in a relationship that you do not find to be pleasant, or you are just looking for a way to improve your current relationship, you can simply start asking yourself what you want out of the relationship. Now, this might not be entirely clear or defined when you first start out, but if you observe the reasons why you are not satisfied with the relationship you are currently in, you can find what you want with greater ease. So, if the person in your relationship isn't nice to you for example, you will then know that you want that person to be nice to you.
If you want someone to be nice to you, you simply have to stop activating the vibration of them being mean in your life and start activating a new vibration instead. When you talk about how someone is not nice, you activate the vibration of that negativity within you and you can observe this by giving your attention to the way you feel when you think about someone being mean to you. If you want someone to be nice to you, you simply have to start activating a different vibration within yourself. Start activating the vibration of the person being nice to you by giving your attention to thoughts of that person being nice to you.
You might have to stretch your imagination in order to do this in some instances, but by thinking about this person as if they are nice, you activate an entirely new vibration within yourself. The Universe works in a very precise manner too. Like attracts like, but even more importantly, the thoughts you think, the feelings you have, and the experiences you have are always a perfect vibrational match. So, as you give your attention to someone being nice, you begin to feel as if they are nice and then they must be nice, because it is a physical law.
You can do this with any type of relationship and you can do it with any type of desire. Whether you want more attention from another person, or you just want to be loved, you can simply start thinking about what you want and then it must be. When you think about what you want as if it is already your current reality, you begin to vibrate in harmony with what you want. Once you are vibrating in harmony with what you want, it has to be your reality, because what you are thinking, what you are feeling, and what you are experiencing are always a perfect vibrational match.
While you may not believe this process actually works, you can easily see for yourself that it does indeed work by using it in one of your relationships. Pick any one of your relationships and start seeing it the way you want it to be. Once you start doing this, you will feel better about the relationship, all of your thoughts about the relationship will be transformed, and you will have experiences that perfectly match the thoughts and feelings you are having. Then, you will be in a position to improve all of your relationships.
