You can also focus on your full potential self, the type of person you want to be, to find good feeling thoughts as well. By focusing on the idea of your full potential self, you will be able to fine-tune the thoughts, feelings, and actions you attract to better suit the specific goals you want to achieve in life.
Once your attention is deliberately directed towards people and subjects you personally want to emulate, you will likely become more acutely aware of your emulating of undesirable subjects in your life. For instance, as you are watching TV, or criticizing others for the way they think and act, you will likely see a change in the way you feel, your point of attraction, and thus also a change in the way you think and act. If you see events of this kind unfold in your life and find yourself wishing to stop them from occurring, you can simply pull your attention away from those subjects by deliberately directing your attention towards people and subjects you want to emulate.
