Various Meditations to Use with the Law of Attraction

The law of attraction can be approached in a variety of ways. The best way to apply the law of attraction in your life is by looking for processes you can use that make you feel great. The way you feel is your point of attraction. When you feel really good, you are attracting thoughts and experiences that will also make you feel really good. You can easily feel good right now by simply giving your attention to subjects that make you feel good, but there are also meditation techniques you can use to make yourself feel good as well.

Meditation can be a very useful tool, especially if you are having trouble with resistance in the form of negative thoughts. Negative thoughts are essentially resistance to the positive intentions you have conceived, because every time you have a thought that makes you feel bad, a negative thought, you contradict the positive thoughts you have been giving your attention.

You can easily prevent this negative creating and enhance your ability to focus on things that make you feel good by simply halting thought altogether. You can do this by finding a nice quiet place where you will not be disturbed too much for twenty minutes or so. As you sit in this quiet space, gently avoid focusing your attention on the thoughts that enter your mind and simply let them go. Each time a new thought comes into mind, just simply let it go and return to the peaceful state you were in before it entered your mind. Do this for all thoughts throughout the duration of the twenty minutes. Once you are finished, you will have a newfound sense of clarity, less negative thoughts streaming through your mind, and you will be able to focus on what you want, that which makes you feel good, with greater ease. If done every day, a thorough alteration of your thought patterns will arise as a result.

Another meditation technique you can use that is also very simple is the process of finding a comfortable place to sit where your focus will not be disrupted very easily, somewhere quiet preferably, and then proceed to focus on feeling good. At first, you might have trouble focusing on feeling good, but if you can simply focus on feeling your body, and search for just a thread of good feelings, you can focus on those feelings and it will ultimately expand to make you feel very good throughout your body. You can also enhance this process by starting out with a particular thought that makes you feel good. Once you have the thought that makes you feel good in mind, you can focus on the feeling generated by the thought to begin the meditation process. To continue the meditation, just maintain your focus on the resulting good feeling, and by the law of attraction, you will attract more good feelings. Once you have done this for a few minutes to 20 minutes or so, you will feel very good overall.

You can also use a meditation technique known as visualization. Visualization is a particularly powerful meditation technique, because you can use your imagination to find incredibly good feeling states of mind. First, find a quiet place you can sit without being disturbed too much for at least twenty minutes. Once you are comfortable in this quiet area, simply start playing around with thoughts in your head. It truly does not matter what you choose to focus on as long as it feels good to you. You can do anything you want in your imagination too. You can go anywhere, with anyone, at any time, with any amount of money, and do anything you want. As you focus on scenarios that you find to be very attractive or entertaining, you will feel very good. And when you come out of your meditations, you will likely start to see evidence of what you have been visualizing in your real life experiences too.

As you can see, there are a variety of techniques you can use to meditate and feel good. The imagination is one of the most powerful tools at your disposal though, because it makes you feel very good when used properly, but it also helps you create experiences with more specificity. When you feel good, you attract good feeling experiences, but when you feel very good as you think about a specific subject, you attract equally good feeling experiences involving that subject into your life.
