How Emotions Relate To The Law Of Attraction

Positive and negative emotions are the indicators law of attraction practitioners use to know which direction they are heading, either towards the fulfillment of their desires or away from their fulfillment. When you feel good, you are moving towards what it is you want, but when you feel bad, you are moving away from it.

If you understand this simple truth, you can create any type of life experience you want to live. It may be helpful for you to first understand why this statement is true though.

The Universe is an infinite collection of vibrations vibrating at specific frequencies. Your body is also vibrating at specific frequencies. Whenever you give your attention to anything, you immediately begin to vibrate in harmony with that which you are giving your attention.

There are two possible vibrational states that are maintained at all times since you are either giving your attention to something that promotes harmony within the body or you are giving your attention to something that promotes disharmony within the body. Negative emotion is an indicator that you are giving your attention to a vibration that is destroying the harmony of your body while positive emotion is an indicator that you are giving your attention to a vibration that is enhancing the harmony of your body.

By using this knowledge, you can now track your progress towards the fulfillment of any goal you want to achieve. If you have set a specific goal for yourself, or you want to encounter a certain type of experience, you are moving towards the completion of your goal, or the fulfillment of the experience, whenever you are thinking about that which you desire in a way that makes you feel good. On the other hand, you are moving away from the completion of your goal, or the fulfillment of the experience being created, whenever you are thinking about your desire in a way that makes you feel bad.

Once you start using this process, you will likely only notice the difference that exists between good feelings and bad feelings. For example, you will start paying more attention to the moments in which you are experiencing negative emotion and you will then switch your focus to subjects, or vibrations, that generate positive emotion within you to improve your point of attraction. While this process is incredibly effective when it is used in this basic manner, there is nonetheless a more advanced version of the process you may want to utilize at some point in the future.

This advanced process is based on the same principles used in the basic process, but it will enhance the speed at which you are travelling towards the fulfillment of your desire. To use this process, rather than only paying attention to thoughts, or points of focus, that generate negative and positive emotion within you, you can start to discern the difference between varying degrees of positive emotion.

In simple terms, you can begin noticing the difference between positive emotion of low intensity and positive emotion of a higher intensity. When you are feeling the high intensity feelings associated with strong positive emotion, you are moving towards the fulfillment of your desires at a very rapid pace in that particular moment. In order to use this process, simply give your attention that which you desire in a way that triggers powerful positive emotion within you.

Once you are focusing purely upon your desires, you will then generate good feeling vibrations within yourself and you will be able to sense this change through the positive emotion you experience while doing so. Now, make an attempt to find a thought that makes you feel even better. You can do this by simply making the thought you are thinking even more desirable than before. For example, if you are thinking about possessing a certain sum of money, simply increase the amount of money being imagined to make yourself feel even better.

You will now be able to use the process of quantifying your journeys by giving your attention solely to your emotional state. When you are experiencing positive emotion, you are moving towards the fulfillment of your desires, but when you are feeling negative emotion, you are moving away from their fulfillment. If you feel high intensity positive emotion, you are moving very quickly towards that which you want.

This process works due to the law of attraction. The law of attraction is very simple in that like attracts like. The vibrational frequency you are currently emitting, the way you feel, at any given moment is your point of attraction. If you feel good, you are attracting experiences that will feel equally as good into your life. If you feel bad, you are attracting experiences that will feel equally as bad into your life.

By focusing on subjects and thoughts that make you feel good, you can thereby attract good feeling experiences into your life and accomplish any goal you have set for yourself. As you can see, it is important that you keep your focus on subjects that make you feel good in order to consistently move towards what it is you want in life. By focusing on thoughts that feel better and better, you can now move towards the fulfillment of your desires at an ever increasing rate of manifestation.
